Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is an excerpt of section 6 of the Terms of Service and applies to paid competition activity on A2Gig.

1. No Refunds, No Cancellations, No Extensions

Payment for a competition is final. Creators are not charged while merely editing a draft; payment is requested only during publish. Once a publish payment is successfully confirmed and the competition opens, the Service does not offer creator-requested refunds, creator-initiated cancellations, or deadline extensions under any circumstance. Creators must confirm the requirements, prize amount, timeline, and submission rules before paying.

Completed publish payments are final. Opened competitions cannot be cancelled by the creator, and no portion of the prize pool will be refunded at creator request.
Submission deadlines and winner-selection windows are fixed at publication and cannot be extended.
If the creator does not select a winner before the winner-selection window ends, the competition closes without a winner and the entire prize pool is retained by the Service as revenue. No portion is refunded to the creator.
If publish payment is canceled, fails, or expires before successful confirmation, the competition remains in draft and no completed competition charge is finalized.
Payment corrections are only considered in the narrow case of a verified duplicate charge, payment-processor error, or Service malfunction that causes a completed charge without opening the corresponding competition; not for dissatisfaction with submissions, creator indecision, or changes of mind.
Processor fees may be non-refundable once incurred unless the payment processor or law requires otherwise.
Chargebacks, reversals, network disputes, and regulatory holds may result in temporary or permanent withholding of access or funds. Where we incur costs, losses, fees, penalties, or reserves caused by your transaction activity, you remain responsible for those amounts to the fullest extent permitted by law.
